Reactive Maintenance

This work covers the day to day repairs to the fabric and services of a building. Faults are reported via a "Hotline" and entered onto a computer system for generating a job ticket and for monitoring. The work is prioritised and will be dealt with mainly by the Direct Labour Organisation. The aim is to complete all faults within a maximum period of 7 days. A call-out system is operated out of hours for making safe and securing any emergency situations. This is operated from the Security Centre.
