Planned & Preventative Maintenance

The majority of this work is managed via the Physical Resources Computer System. Once projects are setup the system will automatically generates jobs over a pre-set timescale e.g. weekly, monthly, quarterly. It covers items of statutory testing/inspection and areas where maintenance works can be planned over specific periods. Many specialist PPM tasks are carried out by contractors engaged through term contracts.
