Access Route

Take the lift to the second floor.  From both lifts, follow the corridor to the left around the building; the entrance door to 2.03 is just before the set of stairs.  There is a second entrance to the back of 2.03 on top of the stairs.

Facilities

2.03 is a fixed seating, tiered lecture theatre.  There are currently no designated wheelchair spaces in this theatre and the route to the front might prove difficult for some wheelchair users.  Future plans for 2.03 will address these issues, in the meantime however please book an alternative lecture theatre if wheelchair access is required.  The theatre has passive lighting and is fitted with an induction loop for people with a hearing impairment.

Emergency Evacuation

In the event of an emergency evacuation, the lift cannot be operated. There is a refuge point opposite the stair well, just right out of 2.03, with a telephone to ring for assistance and to alert Security of your presence.
