School of English, Communication and Philosophy Graduation Ceremony 2013
This year the School of English, Communication and Philosophy Graduation ceremony will take place at 4.30pm on Wednesday, 17 July 2013 in St David’s Hall. Graduands are entitled to two free tickets each for family and friends (students do not need a ticket for themselves). To book your tickets please use SIMS Online.
Additional tickets for the graduation ceremony may become available to purchase in June. There is no guarantee that there will be any available as this will depend on the demand for the initial allocation of free guest tickets.
If additional guest tickets are made available you will be able to purchase these through SIMS online only, after 23 June. These will be available on a first come first served basis and will cost £10.00 each. Students will be permitted to purchase a maximum of 3 additional tickets.
School of English, Communication and Philosophy Graduation Reception
School of English, Communication and Philosophy graduates and their guests are invited to a reception buffet from 1.00pm on Wednesday 17 July to celebrate their achievements with fellow students, staff, family and friends. The reception will be held in the marquee on the lawn in the prestigious surroundings of Cardiff University’s Main Building.
Graduands can attend the graduation buffet at no charge, but please ensure that you confirm your attendance and purchase any necessary tickets for family and friends to join you. Tickets cost £10.00 each.
To book your tickets please print off the booking form and return this, with cheque payment, to: PA & Secretary to Head of School, Room 2.61, School of English, Communication and Philosophy, Humanities Building, Colum Drive, Cardiff, CF10 3EU (email encap@cf.ac.uk) no later than Monday, 8 July 2013.
Cheques should be made payable to Cardiff University.
