Teaching Profile
Programme Director full-time, 12 month, taught clinical MSc in Implantology and the modular longitudinal programme for Family Dental practitioners. DWT was until 2009 Programme Director of the MSc in Tissue Engineering which he established with his colleagues in 2005.
Awards / Prizes
DWT has been awarded numerous international and national prizes for research as have the group. PhD, MD students and Post-Docs in the group have received many awards for their work including the European Tissue Repair Society Young Investigator prize on three separate occasions since 2000, the Colgate Prize of the BSDR and the Jackson Prize of BAPRAS.
