Mrs Rebecca Travers

Rebecca has over 20 years experience of the administration of large university research centres, including Centres funded by Research Councils and more recently, the Welsh European Funding Office (WEFO) and Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs). She has experience of project management and the development of strategic partnerships both between industry and academia, specialising in inter- and intra- organisational collaborations.

Rebecca has an M.Sc. in Comparative Political Economy (Cardiff University) and completed a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) at Cardiff University, developing a particular interest in human resource management and the role of performance appraisal within organisations. She has co-authored refereed professional and academic journal articles and conference contributions on the role of leadership within organisations.
