I am responsible for supporting the Head of School with all administration services and being the first point of contact for matters relating to the Head of School and School Manager. I undertake a variety of administrative duties including; diary management and booking travel to support the School’s Senior Management Team. I service the School’s Safety, Health & Environment Committee. I am responsible for managing the School’s ad hoc Room Booking System for internal and external bookings and coordinating the tuning and maintenance of the School’s instruments. I am the School’s HR contact for completing A&I passport checks, recording sickness, absence and organising staff appraisal and probation meetings. I coordinate the School’s Unistaff and Student Demonstrator payments.
