Terms and conditions

Applicable to all students who have reserved a place on a course or module.
All enrolments must be accompanied by payment and enrolment should preferably be undertaken prior to the first class but can be accepted at the first class if places are still available.
The payment of each instalment is due regardless of whether or not classes have been attended.
Course cancellations and refunds
We reserve the right to cancel or shorten a course. This could happen if a course is under-subscribed or if there is a change in circumstances. When this happens we will issue a full or partial refund depending on whether any classes took place.
Student withdrawal, refunds and transfer requests
There are a few circumstances where we are able to offer you a refund or change to your course.
Enrolment confirmation and location of classes
We will contact you if we cannot accept your enrolment for any reason.
If you have not received your confirmation of enrolment prior to the start of the course you should attend the first meeting.
Timetables will be displayed within Continuing and Professional Education on 21-23 Senghennydd Road, and in the John Percival building. These will indicate which rooms classes have been assigned to, and you should look for the room number of your class on these when you attend for the first session.
