Marine microfossils: taxonomy, stratigraphy, and evolution

Mae'r cynnwys hwn ar gael yn Saesneg yn unig.

Mineralizing plankton occur in vast numbers in marine sediments and are used to subdivide the geological column into biostratigraphic zones and hence establish a timescale. They are vital for diverse geochemical studies and preserve a highly dense record of evolutionary change.

We study all these topics, and the fundamental taxonomy that underpins them: the identification and discrimination of species.
