Significant investment has gone into the creation of seven new research priority areas to focus on emerging trends within our rapidly-evolving discipline.

These priority areas have been designed to complement our existing research groups, aiming to provide additional vitality and agility in which we can respond to emerging trends. Our priority areas are:

I’ve come from zero knowledge in web development to producing my own website in seven weeks and am currently working on complex web and mobile apps. Working with industry and academic experts, I’m able to get the best of both worlds whilst getting involved in a huge variety of projects

Each year we provide a small number of studentships (at the UK/EU rate) to outstanding students to support their research. We also host a significant number of sponsored and self-funded students.
