Our Single Cell Analysis Technology Hub is home to state-of-the-art flow cytometry, imaging and gene expression technology platforms.
This technology is used to isolate and characterise single cells associated with normal or diseased tissue in order to understand their biology.
The Hub provides a range of flexible flow cytometry, imaging and cell sorting / isolation facilities, which can support a broad range of research applications. With high speed isolation, sensitivity, and minimal sample-to-sample carryover, these technologies are particularly well-suited to rare event analysis, such as adult stem cells.
Researchers can also access our Fluidigm platforms which allow preparation of single cells for genomics applications.
