Additional Information
Andrew has 35 years of experience in the delivery of regeneration projects within the public, private and voluntary sectors. He led the delivery of a number of predominately city centre, private sector property development projects in the period from 1976 to 1991. Moving to the public sector in Wales he lead the regeneration work in the Cynon Valley from 1991 to 1994, the regeneration of the greater Barry area from 1995 to 2006, and latterly he has undertaken the role of Director of Regeneration at the Newport Urban Regeneration Company. Leaving that organisation in the summer of 2010 he is now the Deputy Chief Executive of the Centre for Regeneration Excellence Wales (CREW).
