BA (Hons) First Class: Economics, Cardiff University, (1991).
PhD, Cardiff University, (1995).
Research Interests
Regional economic development; devolution finance; fiscal federalism and the territorial distribution of public expenditure; regional economic change and restructuring; and the evaluation and analysis of UK and EU public policy in relation to regional and rural development objectives.
