This workshop is for anyone who has been feeling the strain of everyday stresses and wants to practice or pick up new skills for learning to relax your mind and body. Getting to grips with handling stress can reduce anxiety levels, promote better sleep and help you manage your time more productively. Therefore we hope this workshop will have a positive impact on your studies too!!
Some of the skills covered will include muscle relaxation, breathing exercises and self-soothing techniques. The workshop will last for 60 minutes. You are advised to wear comfortable clothing for this workshop as there will be some practice involved. We also want you to feel as relaxed/comfortable as possible. This workshop is for all undergraduate and postgraduate students.
