Workshop Details

Making sense of grief is a workshop for anyone affected by the loss of a loved one.

The experience of grief can be overwhelming and gives rise to many different reactions, some of which can be confusing and feel anything other than ‘normal’. This 90 minute workshop has been designed for anyone with a personal experience of bereavement or who is interested in understanding the process of grief. It provides information and an opportunity for group discussion to develop understanding of the often difficult or uncomfortable feelings that can be associated with bereavement and the potential factors that may complicate it.
