How to book a place on a workshop

Weekly Mindfulness Drop-in Sessions

These guided drop-in sessions will provide instruction in two traditional forms of meditation called The Mindfulness of Breathing and The Metta Bhavana (the development of loving kindness).  The mindfulness of breathing helps us to develop focus and concentration.  The Metta Bhavana helps us to become more emotionally flexible and robust.

What to expect from a workshop

Our workshops, facilitated by our counsellors, are focussed on giving you useful information, ideas and strategies on how to better cope with a particular difficulty. While some workshops are participatory, others are less so or not at all, focusing on giving you helpful information for you to use later.
