To book a place on any of our workshops, please contact the Staff Counselling Service. If you're interested in a workshop that does not currently have a date, please contact us so we can keep you updated.
We run workshops all year around, facilitated by our counsellors, on a range of common difficulties. Most require very little "audience participation", focusing on giving you useful information, ideas and strategies on how to better cope with a particular difficulty, while others are more participatory.
