Residential Conferences
We have a number of residences within walking distance to our meeting facilities for residential events during the Summer Vacation Period.
Our accommodation is arranged in flats of varying numbers with each flat having its own kitchen/dining area equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and ironing board. Please note irons, adaptors and hairdryers may be available from reception if required.
The cost of the room includes towels and bed linen, tea/coffee making facilities and VAT at 20%. Other facilities available are free parking for residential guests and a launderette.
Depending on your requirements we will be able to advise you which University residence would be most suitable for your event.

~ 102 single occupancy en-suite bedrooms
Talybont Campus (Number 5 on University Location Guide)
~ 1000+ single occupancy en-suite bedrooms
~ 10 double bedrooms
University Hall (Number 2 on University Location Guide)
~ 177 single occupancy en-suite bedrooms
~ 365 single occupancy standard bedrooms
The levels of service for bookings are:
| Bedroom/Bathroom Cleaning | Every third day |
| Communal Areas | Serviced each day |
| Bed Linen | Linen changed once a week |
| Towels | Replaced every third day |
| Shower Mat | Replaced every third day |
| Gifts | One set on arrival only |
| Beaker/Glass | One near wash basin – replaced/washed every three days |
| Beverage Items | Replaced as required daily |
| Cup/Saucer/Spoon | Replaced as necessary in kitchen/or bedroom as applicable |
| Washing up Liquid & Tea Towel | In each kitchen and replaced as necessary |
| Local Map & Information Card | On notice board in each room |
| Service/Maintenance Request Card | In each kitchen |
Catering
A full catering service is available which includes refreshments and/or buffet lunches, conference banquets and evening gala dinners.
Parking
Limited parking for residential guests can be arranged. Where necessary, permits can be collected at the same time as the bedroom key.
