We are delighted to announce The Future of Journalism - the sixth biennial conference to be hosted by the School of Journalism, Media and Cultural Studies (JOMEC) at Cardiff University, UK.

The sixth in this series of biennial research-based conferences will focus on the topic 'The Future of Journalism: Journalism in a Post-Truth Age?'.

The conference will take place at the Sir Martin Evans building on the Cardiff University campus, on Thursday 14 and Friday 15 September 2017.

We received unprecedented levels of interest to our Call for Papers earlier this year, with over 300 abstracts submitted. Due to this high volume, we can only register delegates who have had their abstract accepted for the conference.

Sponsorship for the conference is kindly provided by Routledge, Taylor and Francis, and the Cardiff School of Journalism, Media and Cultural Studies (JOMEC).

We look forward to welcoming you to Cardiff in September.

In the meantime, if you should have any queries, please email FofJ2017@cardiff.ac.uk.
