Please can all posters be in place by 9.30am.
10.50am - Poster session I
Authors A-K (poster numbers 1-29) will be required to present their poster during this session.
12.20pm - Poster session II
Authors L-Z (poster numbers 30-29) will be required to present their poster during this session.

Guidelines for poster presentations
- Abstract submission deadline: Friday 10th October 2008.
- Abstracts should have a maximum 2300 characters, including punctuation (not spaces). Abbreviations: please spell out in full the first mention, followed by the (standard) abbreviation in parentheses, and do not abbreviate in the title of the abstract.
- Abstracts will be made available to all delegates.
- Each poster will have space measuring 1920mm high by 920mm wide on free standing boards.
- Velcro tabs will be provided in order to hang your poster.
- Boards will be available for set up from 9:00am on the day.
- Posters will be grouped and labelled into categories: Instructions will be given on the day.
- Please stand by your posters and be prepared to present your work in your allocated session.
- Consider preparing hand-outs / A4 copies of your poster to distribute - these are increasingly expected and popular at meetings.
- Please ensure you take away your poster at the end of the day. There will be time for this before the evening social.
