Research Expertise relevant to tissue engineering & repair:

I am studying the structure of the cornea and sclera using X-ray scattering, non-linear laser-scanning microscopy and electron microscopy. Of particular interest to me is the relationship between extracellular matrix organisation and corneo-scleral material properties, and their alteration due to disease and surgery.
