The XPS centre is situated in the Wolfson Nanoscience Laboratory in the School of Chemistry at Cardiff University. The school itself is located within the Main College Building (building 39 in the downloadable map below).
The most convenient entry to the research school is via the car park on Park Place (opposite the Students' Union building). The School of Chemistry is to the right of the car park. As you enter, the school office is situated on the left of the entrance where the secretariat would be pleased to direct you to the laboratory.
