Postdoctoral position available

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated scientist to work on a collaborative project between chemists and cancer biologists. The overall focus of the programme is the synthesis, characterisation and implementation of genetically encoded nanoswitches to regulate with external light pulses the interactions between proteins and other biomacromolecules both in vitro and in life cell with applications in biology, medical therapy and beyond. Applicants should have a PhD in a relevant area of Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related area and have prior experience with Molecular Biology techniques. PhD Studentships

We currently have several fully funded postgraduate positions available. If you are interested and highly motivated to engage in research work in a multidisciplinary group performing research at the interface between the physical and the life sciences, we would like to hear from you. These positions are open to all EU students; exceptional non-EU students are also encouraged to apply but funding arrangements will have to be made.
