An Innovative Approach to New Antimicrobial Drugs
A 3-year fully funded PhD studentship in Medicinal Chemistry is available to develop a novel and highly innovative approach for the generation of antibacterial, antimalarial and anticancer drugs. The work will involve synthetic, physical organic and enzyme chemistry. Further details are available here.
Applicants should have, or expect to obtain, a good honours degree (at least 2.1) or equivalent in Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related discipline. This fully funded position is open to UK/EU applicants only.
