James Robinson wins Coulson Prize

James Robinson, a third-year PhD student in the group of Peter Knowles, presented his research at the Royal Society of Chemistry's Theoretical Chemistry Group annual Graduate Student Meeting on 9 May, and was awarded the Coulson Prize for the best talk at the meeting. James' talk "Approximate variational coupled cluster theories" described his research into new methods for predicting how the properties of molecules change as covalent bonds are broken.
