Terms & Conditions

Please note that the following terms and conditions apply to all catering services ordered.

1. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for refreshment orders, buffet orders, number increases/decreases and cancellations.
2. A £1.00 surcharge per head applies to all buffets provided at weekends.
3. All items are subject to availability and where it is unavoidable, suitable substitutions will be made.
4. Minimum order numbers apply to many buffets.
5. Hot beverages cannot be delivered by the buffet delivery van drivers.
6. The minimum order charge for all orders is £10.00. If you have multiple deliveries of under £10 each, but the overall order is over £10, then the minimum charge will be removed at the point of confirmation of final charges.
7. All buffet containers must be left for collection by the buffet delivery van drivers. A charge will be made for any containers that are lost or destroyed.
8. There is a minimum charge of £27.50 per person for Dinner Menus served in Glamorgan Building Committee Rooms.
