Skills Sessions

Skills Sessions are run by employers and offer you an invaluable insight into the recruitment process and how to be successful.
These sessions are run by graduate recruiters including: PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG, Deloitte, BAE Systems, Atkins and the Civil Service Fast Stream provide tips on all aspects of the recruitment process.

Employer Presentations
Many graduate employers like to target Cardiff University students and graduates directly to fill their vacancies. These employers often hold Presentations to give students and graduates an insight into their organisation, what they have to offer you, what you can expect if you apply to them and how to get through the recruitment process, as well as what to expect day-to-day and what you will get if you were offered a placement or graduate job with them.

Drop-ins

Employers visiting the University will sometimes hold drop-in sessions within the academic schools – setting up their stand in the foyer or café area.
Drop-ins are informal sessions that offer you a chance to chat informally with employers about their opportunities and the recruitment process
