What are career management skills?

They are the skills you will need to survive and succeed in a challenging/changing work environment, including:

  • self awareness
  • awareness of the changing world of work
  • ability to take responsibility for your own career and personal development
  • ability to manage the relationship between work and learning throughout all stages of life
