Scientists from Cardiff University have analysed over 50,000 genetic markers and explained how cattle became domesticated throughout history.
New research by Cardiff University has cracked the genes of a relative to the alpaca, which will help to develop strategies to protect an iconic Andes species.
The Eisteddfod came to Cardiff Bay in 2018, and staff from the Medicines Discovery Institute took part in the celebration to share the Institute’s research.
