The Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education (DLHE) Survey helps to provide information about employment and study outcomes from higher education courses.
Each year, all recent leavers who studied on a full-time or part-time course are surveyed. Even if you have returned to Cardiff University for postgraduate study you will still be asked to complete the survey.
We have a legal obligation to record this information for the UK government - and we appreciate your support in responding to the survey.
This year the survey is being conducted on behalf of Cardiff University by IFF Research. They will send emails in the first instance and then contact graduates who haven’t responded by telephone. The Higher Education Statistics Agency insists that every method of contacting graduates should be attempted.
At the end of the survey we send the results to the Higher Education Statistics Agency in an encoded, anonymous format. It will be collated, along with all other UK Universities, and will be used to inform policymakers and university league tables.
The information you share will be collated and used to help inform current Cardiff University students of the options available to them after university. Life after studying can be hard to navigate, so by helping us, you are also helping future Cardiff alumni.
