Discount on postgraduate study
If you’re considering further study, you could benefit from the alumni postgraduate discount scheme. As a Cardiff alum, you’re eligible for a 20% reduction in tuition fees on eligible on-campus full-time and part-time master’s programmes.
Library services
As an alum you have access to the University’s libraries and can borrow up to 6 items at a time, not including short loan items. Membership is free for the first year, and costs just £10 a year thereafter. You can also access certain electronic resources by using the Walk-In Access to our Electronic Resources service.

Sports facilities
Alumni staying in Cardiff can access the full range of University Sports and Exercise facilities with a discounted membership.
To sign up, visit the Cardiff University Fitness and Squash Centre on Park Place along with your Alumni Membership Number. You’ll then be able to access the sports facilities at the Sports Centre in Talybont, the Fitness and Squash Centre on Park Place, and the Sports Fields in Llanrumney.
