The following page offer a series of resources with advice on the various options of accommodation in Cardiff. They also gives you an idea of the typical costs of renting in Cardiff, and hopefully provide useful tips on what to look out for when finding accommodation.
They can also help with problems you may face as a tenant. If the following pages don’t answer your housing queries then you can contact the advice and guidance team.
Alternatively you can visit the Students’ Union Advice and Representation Centre on the 3rd Floor of the Students Union to arrange an appointment to see the solicitor who comes there every fortnight to give housing advice.
