The 30(ish) Awards celebrates the change-makers, innovators, and rule-breakers in the Cardiff University alumni community.

All Cardiff University alumni (including UWIST, UCC, University of Wales College of Medicine) who started or completed their studies between 1990-1999 are invited to turn back the clock for one night in August.

Alumni Chapters and groups are a great way to connect with other Cardiff University alumni in your area.

Pancreatic cancer currently has a 10-year survival rate of just 5%. As the disease can be difficult to detect until its late stages, intervention often comes too late for many patients. Josh D'Ambrogio (Biosciences 2021-) has been studying pancreatic cancer in its early development to open up further avenues for early detection and more effective treatment strategies.
